Jillian Tayeh grew up in Brooklyn and developed a love of performing at a young age. Whether it was choreographing a dance in her living room with her grandma to The Beatles or performing at a piano recital, she was drawn to any and all modes of creative expression. Eventually, this passion led her to acting and improv classes where she fell in love with story telling. Most recently Jillian had the joy of acting in The House of Bernarda Alba by Federico Garcia Lorca as Amelia and The Revolutionists by Lauren Gunderson as Marie Antoinette. She felt particularly connected to these stories because of her mission to tell stories about women and the complexity of their relationships. She hopes to continue to create work that helps women feel seen and heard. www.jilliantayeh.com
