Why Virtual Learning?
Nothing is more important to us than the health & safety of our community. Though we must stay home in the wake of COVID-19, it doesn’t mean we can’t stay connected, play with friends, and create more art! With our incredible team of endlessly innovative and resourceful individuals ready to make the most of this unprecedented situation, we’ve created new Virtual Programs for Kids & Teens. All classes will be held via the online platform Zoom.

Performers Story Time Theater
Ages 5 – 7
This online kids acting class would serve as a way for students to use their energy, have fun and laugh. Through moderated theater and improv exercises, students will be playing, moving and creating. There will be stories, character development, costume play and an opportunity for students to use their imagination to help build a whole new world.

Dance Party Character Parade
Ages 5 – 7
Get moving to some great Broadway and pop tunes as you explore characters and have fun with sing-alongs. Bring your dress-up imagination and inner Broadway star! Each session will have a theme.

Comedy: Make Me Laugh!
Ages 8 – 11
This comedy class is dedicated to writing jokes and short stories. Students will play acting games to warm up, and will get specific writing and drawing prompts. The goal will be to make your teacher and fellow students laugh! Pen and paper are highly encouraged for this class.

Create Your Own Film Monologue
Ages 8 – 11
Students will develop writing, self-expression, and acting on-camera skills while delving into personal exploration in this six-week virtual class. The class will begin with a writing exercise and an acting on-camera introduction. Improvisation techniques, games, and writing prompts will be further used to help develop scripted material. Monologues will be coached and rehearsed throughout the process, and each student will leave the class with a video recording of their own original work.

Young Actors TV & Commercial Class
Ages 10 – 14
Actors will workshop TV/Commercial copy with Alice Kremelberg, culminating in a feedback session with industry professionals. Participants can expect to learn fundamentals of the Atlantic technique, specifically for television and film auditions.

SOLD OUT! | Casting Master Class with Todd Thaler
Ages 15 – 19
Students will be able to bring in audition material that they have self-taped for feedback and have the opportunity to work on cold readings live with Todd Thaler. Includes Q&A and information on best first steps on how to get involved in the industry and start auditioning.
